The following is the agreement between Presidio Matrix
Corporation and TuneUsIn, with any client who is interested in
advertising on TuneUsIn.com.
Presidio Matrix Corporation and TuneUsIn will be
referred to as PMC/TUI and the word client shall refer to any
company/corporation/business body that is interested in having their
services or product advertised on the website TuneUsIn.com and its
interior pages.
Adverting real estate on TuneUsIn as you will see
differs from the today’s "Pay-Per-Click". Advertising on TuneUsIn has
specific advantages such as:

No rotation: Every visitor to TuneUsIn will see
your ad every time the page loads, not once out of every 4+ page
loads.

No Pay-Per-Click: with no rotation, we have decided not to do a
Pay-Per-Click. Advertising real estate is a set amount each month
depending on the page. This means we don't care if you have 100,000
clicks a month or 10, your price always remains the same, benefiting
client's financial books, as they have a set price, and not a
varying advertising cost each month.

Direct Marketing: Visitors to TuneUsIn consist entirely of wireless
cell phone, handheld PDA, Smartphone and BlackBerry device users.
All advertising on the TuneUsIn.com webpage will be for products
which will interest these visitors. Our average visitor purchases
2-3 handheld cellphone/smartphone/pda/BlackBerry devices per year.
Their yearly investment in accessories and electronic devices such
as computers, televisions, DVD players, etc. are an average of
$4,475.00 per year.
1. Advertising space will not be done in rotation. A client is
purchasing that real estate for their own use, that will not be shared
with any other client or competitor. However, clients may choose to have
different versions of their own ads to rotate within that space.
2. Advertising space may be paid for on a monthly,
quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly basis.
3. Rates which are paid at once are subject to the
following discounts:

Quarterly: 5%

Bi-Yearly: 10%
-
Yearly: 20%
4. Payments for advertising are due by the 15th of the preceding month.
Any payment for ad real estate not received by the 22nd of the preceding
month are subject to being available to a different client.
5. Ad real estate is on a first come first serve
basis. You may join a waiting list if there is a specific real estate
spot in which you are interested in.
6. PMC will honor the same discount rate structure to
current clients for other future sites which PMC may manage and deems
advertising will be available on.
7. Any client who is currently advertising on any PMC
managed site will be notified a minimum of 14 days prior to advertising
opportunities on other PMC Projects before the general public is
notified and allowed to purchase.
8. PMC/TUI will honor all pricing until the client
decides they no longer wish to have that ad real estate. Once that space
is forfeited by any client, if that client decides in the future that
they wish to have that ad real estate back, they must join the waiting
list for that ad real estate.
9. PMC/TUI is not required to honor "past quotes" for
any ad real estate once a client decides they no longer want the space,
but request that space in the future.
10. Ad space pricing will be subject to the investment
price determined by PMC/TUI as such real estate becomes available.
11. No ads consisting of; yet not limited to, areas
of: pornographic, sexual, political, insulting, competitive or else wise
"socially unacceptable" natures will be accepted for display on
TuneUsIn.com.
12. PMC has the authority to unapprove any ad which
they deem inappropriate, and agree to negotiate with a client to find an
amicable solution within 14 (fourteen) days. If no solution is found,
the client will be reimbursed for their investment, minus an
inconvenience fee of 30% (Initial price-30%=refund).
13. Advertising services will go into effect starting
January 1st, 2008 (01/01/2008). Fees for clients wishing to begin
advertising on TuneUsIn are required to be paid/in a legal promise to
pay, to advertise on TuneUsIn no later than December 22nd, 2007.
(12/22/2007).
14. Clients which sign up for advertising between
November 27th, 2007 and December 31st, 2007, will be entitled to "fee
free advertising" opportunities from the date at which they commit to
advertising on TuneUsIn until (A) December 22nd, 2007 at which time
advertising fees are due. (B) December 31st, 2007 if the fees
for January and later monthly advertising are paid.
The following is a guide determining the ad space
which is being discussed in the following scale:
A: Far right, full length tower ad
B: Left hand, upper half ad
C: Left hand, lower half ad
D: Banner ad at the top of all pages*
*Banner ads are only available to clients who have ads
running on the TuneUsIn Homepage (www.tuneusin.com).
These ads will be in rotation ONLY between the THREE clients who have
home page advertising.
Price quotes are on a MONTHLY basis and are quoted in
the United States Dollar ($USD).
Clients wishing to purchase ad real estate on multiple
pages, please contact sales@tuneusin.com with the pages on which you wish to advertise
for discounted rates.
